Welcome to the heart of Zagreb, the capital of Croatia! A luxury apartment with big terrace and private parking is situated in a very center of Zagreb. All tourist attractions are near, so there is no need for public transportation and parking is included. We have prepared our apartment with: - high speed internet - free parking, big terrace - 3 flat TV (114 channels) - sauna and of course the best host for you.
The apartment consists of a living room, a dining room, 2 bedrooms with TV, a kitchen, a spare room and a terrace. The whole area of apartment is of 75 m2 + terrace 25m2. The apartment is located in the inner building, and there is a parking area where we offer a FREE PARKING PLACE where you can leave your car safely. Each room has a window which gives an apartment long daily light. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat together with air condition and central heating.Coffee and tea is also included.
I want my guests to feel as home so I provide you with basketball ball, bicycle and for more relax time there is an aquarium with tropical fish in the living room.

My wife, daughter (30) and I had 3 nights at Davor’s. The apartment was excellent. The photos and descriptions are very accurate. Davor was excellent to communicate with and very proactive. As soon as our booking was confirmed, he sent a document with description and photos on how to get into the apartment on arrival and parking - we didn’t have a car. We didn’t use the sauna as we were too busy. Davor had left some drinks ( beer, coke, juice) in the fridge for us. A lovely welcoming gesture. The apartment is about a 15 min walk to the centre of Zagreb and there are supermarkets/ bakeries close by. Great location if you are planning on a stay in Zagreb. We never used public transport or taxis, it was convenient to walk everywhere. Cost us approx E18 for an Uber from the airport late at night. Highly recommended.

the apartment was good , only problem was listing had mentioned 1.5 bathrooms but had one . no other problems apart from that .

Unfortunately I had an very bad experience with guests. First thing they never responded to my messages. In croatia we need to register every guest. they did it on the last moment. Very bad communication. Apartment was left as an garbage disposal. In the apartment I have one bathroom he asked for a refund as it was showing 1.5 bathroom (it showed as toilet is within bathroom) as they are 4 and they dont know how to use the bathroom when it is only one. He made a complaint that wc was dirty. I personaly check every time the apartment before giving it to guests and even my reviews confirm it. He just wanted to get the money back. I would never accept them or refer them to any future airbnb guest. These kind of guests do not deserve to be part of Airbnb community. We treat our hosts as out own family and we keep the facilities as it was our own. This is clearly not the case with them.

Sung and her friends were very nice but I had difficulty with them..they unfortunately broke the handle as her fiend locked the upper lock of of the door and the other was pulling the door handle not looking or thinking that it could be locked. they took our the handle of the door :-(. they had as well difficulty opening the door on the arrival. I had to go to show the how to put the key in the door lock and open the door for them. then they broke it and then next day again, I hot an phone call as they couldn't again open the door. they are very nice ladies, coming from Asia and probably everything is on touch in their part of the world so they dint know how to use a jorlam door with key. I have to admit it was stressful a bit.
