General conditions

These General Terms and Conditions for Travel are an integral part of the Agreement, in other words a voucher, between (hereinafter: the Apartment Owner) and the Travel Contractor (hereinafter: the Traveler). These General Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which the owner of the apartment with the owner of the reservation differs in terms of legal liability. For reservations, if the owner of the apartment offers additional services other than accommodation arranged as an organizer, while in all other cases the owner of the apartment acts as an intermediary (for the sale of accommodation). All information and conditions in the program and these General Terms and Conditions are binding on both the apartment owner and the Traveler.
